Yes, you need to follow the Apple content guidelines.
If Apple rejects my app, do I have to pay for the re-submission?
If the rejection is due to your content, then we charge a $50 re-submission fee to cover the cost of our work.
If it is for a reason due to us, we submit it for free.
Do I have to create separate content for various smartphones?
