Liquid Air Lab was founded in 2002 from Mikko Linnamäki (CEO) and Tero Katajainen (CTO).
Since the beginning the company has been focusing on developing mobile applications for smartphones.
With more than 550 apps developed and over 10 million installations, Liquid Air Lab is a leading developer
of mobile apps on iPhone, iPad, Google Android, Nokia, Windows Phone and Samsung.
The company has currently 17 employees with headquarters in Stuttgart and an office in Berlin and a
development unit in Tampere, Finland. Liquid Air Lab is backed by Balderton Capital and Baytech Venture Capital.
